As a Machine Operator here at Honeywell, you will ensure efficient, safe machining processes, lead a skilled team, and collaborate to meet production goals and customer requirements, driving continuous improvement. THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT 2nd SHIFT, NOT INCLUDING ANY MANDATED OVERTIME Monday- Friday. 2:00 pm-10:00 pm Key Responsibilities Set-up, operate, and maintain polishing and visual equipment to align to daily goals Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Collaborates with other Operators and Cell Leaders around current and future advancements.…
