We are seeking an Associate to join our Compensation team! As an Associate within our Compensation team, you will support and help drive the compensation agenda for key businesses within the Corporate and Investment Bank. In this role, you will perform a variety of compensation activities, including providing guidance to line and HR management regarding compensation actions for employees, administering/coordinating annual compensation planning processes, and analyzing and reporting internal and external market compensation data.
