We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Operational Risk Management (GRC Platform) to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Support day-to-day administration and operational management of the Risk Management Platform. Serve as a key point of coordination for user support, access-related questions, issue triage, and process clarification. Partner with business, policy, and technology stakeholders to gather, refine, and support delivery of platform enhancements.
