Reporting to the Director of P&C - Retail, the P&C Generalist will play a critical role partnering with the regional P&C Business Partner and management team providing support across the entire employee lifecycle. This will include but not limited to partnering with regional store leadership and employees to provide guidance, conduct investigations, and contribute to Vuori’s store growth plan. What you'll get to do: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance on employee development, coaching, and recognition. Intake and address associate questions and concerns in a supportive and responsive manner, while promoting consistency in P&C policies/practices; partner with P&C Business Partner to resolve issues as applicable.…
