The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible to help ensure a memorable experience for our members and clients. This includes greeting members as they enter the facilities, orienting spa clients to the spa facilities, and providing services to clients. Job responsibilities include: Interviewing, hiring and coaching staff members Outreach marketing for the spa Manage daily operations including inventory management, client relationships, and driving the business to achieve financial goals and budgets Perform up to 10 treatments per week Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questions Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions,…
