The Director of Design Management partners closely with the Senior Vice President of Design to lead the operational, strategic, and business management of the Design department. This role is responsible for driving design operations, project planning, and team performance across the full portfolio of new clubs, renovations, and strategic initiatives. Working alongside the design team, the Director ensures projects remain aligned with company objectives, milestones, and delivery schedules while optimizing team resources, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
