The Director of Risk Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's operational risk management program. This role is accountable for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks affecting the company's employees, patients, customers, assets, operations, and reputation. The Director of Risk Management will oversee key risk areas including workers' compensation, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, auto liability, property claims, health and safety, insurance management, security programs, and crisis response.
