The Slot Utility Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service to both internal and external guests while creating Magical and Memorable Moments. The Slot Utility Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on slot machines and other related equipment. Maintains a positive attitude at all times while supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino as well as Senior Management of Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles. Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards; show commitment to Team objectives; be aware of Guest Satisfaction scores and work to achieve these goals as a team.
