Responsible for coaching, supervising and supporting the Casino Dealers. Supervise and oversee table games and team members to ensure that the safety, integrity, security and company/regulatory policies/procedures of the above are upheld. Maintain superior customer service by identifying, cultivating and improving the established player base. Maintain a professional image while supervising the assigned games and protecting company assets. Job Functions Coach and support Casino Dealers on a continuous basis. Customer Relations/Service: Ratings – establish player level. Respond to various questions, inquires, complaints, needs and disputes. Interact with customers creating a friendly environment to promote repeat business. Oversee/supervise assigned table games, maintain proper game pace.…
