Assist EVS Manager and Shift Manager in the planning and implementation of weekly supervisor meetings, quarterly meetings with the team members and conduct pre-shift meetings with team members. Implement training guidelines and follow up to ensure that programs are working properly and are functional. Act as a coaching partner with new team members to ensure their successful transition into becoming a confident and productive member of the EVS team. Ensure that shift managers have been provided with a list of supply and equipment needs and that all equipment has been properly cleaned, maintained and properly stored. Assist with the interviewing and hiring of team members for your shift.…
