The Spa Attendant-Front Desk is responsible for providing excellent experience in a spa setting for all guests. The Spa Attendant will exemplify excellent guest service and create a positive atmosphere. Ensure the highest quality of guest services to drive guest satisfaction. The Spa Attendant will work in a positive, cooperative, and pleasant manner with guests and team. Greet guests as they enter the facility, assist with checking them in, and offering facility tours if needed. The Spa Attendant will ensure all locker room and restroom areas ae clean, stocked, and presentable at all times. Fold, stock, refresh lines as needed. Deliver food and beverage as needed. The Spa Attendant will provide general upkeep of all areas of the facilities. Follow established health and safety guidelines.…
