As a Pool Attendant you are responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of the spa and pool facilities. The Pool Attendant: Provides superior guest service, positively effects interactions with guest and team members, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with team members. Assists guests with questions or problems, ensuring guest satisfaction. Oversees and supervises activities in swimming pool areas. Monitors activities and maintains order in swimming areas.
