The Golf Course Attendant is responsible for assisting golf guests with their golf clubs and equipment and ensures golf operations is prepared each day to assist the guest with their golf needs. The Attendant is also responsible for providing extraordinary service to both the internal and external guests. The Golf Course Attendant: Responsible for greeting all guests along with collecting their golf bags and any other items to be put in their golf cars. Provides guest service to guests, directing them to the golf shop, practice facility and first tee. Responsible for pre-opening duties include ensuring there are enough golf carts for the days activities based on a daily copy of the tee sheet. Ensures all golf carts are clean; stocked with clean towels, scorecards, tees and pencils.…
