The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. They are also responsible for maintaining Belterra Casino Resort standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel tower, as directed. The Guest Room Attendant Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee and storage areas in the hotel towers, as directed. Maintains and cleans all equipment used throughout the course of a shift, as directed.
