SIGN-ON BONUS FOR NEW HIRES! TO BE PAID OUT, 1/2 AT 45 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT AND 1/2 AT 90 DAYS. The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for meeting and exceeding guest expectations by providing high quality services in a relaxing and professional manner. The spa is open Wednesdays-Sundays. 9am-6pm. There is an hourly rate plus commission plus tip. Average hourly rate with commission is $30+, then plus tips. Indiana accepts out of state licenses, and we will cover application/renewal fees if applicable up to $250, for new hires. (You will need to provide official transcripts, proof of exam, and passage from the National Certification Examinations.…
