About this job
Responsible for delegating and monitoring the execution of custodial staff’s work assignments. Responsible for supervising and training staff and for ensuring all public areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company and departmental standards. Clean and maintain public areas e.g. hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms etc. • Prepare and distribute assignments and make any necessary adjustments during each shift according to business needs. • Inspect and approve cleaning of all designated areas. • Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and monitoring. • Check all cleaning aids and equipment; ensure that they are in proper working order and are in compliance with safety standards.…
