POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent in this position is responsible for recruiting new memberships for the Players' Club, increasing rated play, and attending to guests' needs, through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encouraging customer retention and loyalty. This incumbent is also responsible for circulating the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Circulate on the casino floor and assist customers with requests and questions.
