About this job
Responsible for learning and being familiar with all of Belterra Park’s room outlets, Bar Back functions, and for being able to answer general questions regarding the property. Anticipate the guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency. Maintain the bar stock and keep supply areas organized and up to par Assist bartender with various tasks such as, cut and continuously replenish fruit trays; stock liquor, beers, and wines; provide change when needed; and assist with cleanliness of bar Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons Assist guests with beverage and food selection, demonstrating salesmanship with complete product knowledge.…
