About this job
Detect cheating, theft, embezzlement, illegal activities and procedure/policy violations in all areas of responsibility. Prepare reports and/or verbalize the occurrence of unusual activities to the Surveillance Manager, Director and/or department heads as required. Compile and maintain evidence to assist the property or BGC in any legal actions, employment matters and/or arbitration/grievance proceedings that may arise. Know how to operate all equipment used by the Surveillance Department and utilize them to their fullest capacity. Review coverage completed by agents and have additional coverage added when needed. Assign task to agents to agents on a daily basis when needed. Train, coach, discipline, supervise and handle scheduling of department employees. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.…
