Responsible for the day to day operations of the Count Room and its staff. Ensure that all controls are maintained over uncounted coins/funds during the drops and count processes. Responsible for supervision and operation of currency collection and accurate reporting of currency, tickets, and chips collected. Supervise and direct count room attendants. Ensure that policies and procedures are strictly and consistently followed. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating, promoting, and discharging. Keep employees informed of new activities and procedures. Oversee the drop and count of currency as required by Internal Controls. Prepare currency for use/deposit.…
