• Circulate on the casino floor and assist customers with requests and questions. • Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events. • Recruit new customers and enhance current customer relationships through various methods such as direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence. • Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card. • Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • High school diploma or GED. • One to two years experience in customer service. • Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. • Must be flexible in work schedule.…
