This is for the A2 Shift 2:30PM-11pm, Monday-Friday The role of the Manufacturing Supervisor I has basic knowledge and experience in its field and develops competence by performing structured work. Receives guidance and direction from more senior peers. Lead and facilitate safe operations in line with all safety, regulatory and operational requirements. Assure the delivery of high levels of customer service, ensure quality of product and services, comply with all regulatory requirements, achieve desired financial performance including cost reductions, and build a culture of high performance for the team.
