The Associate Director of Oncology Training is responsible for the team developing and delivering the sales franchise curriculum for AbbVie US customer facing teams. This person will lead the development and delivery of the annual training strategy that aligns to our brand marketing strategic imperatives. This person will lead and work within cross functional teams made of participants from Training, Medical/ Clinical experts, Marketing, Sales Management, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, other AbbVie Groups, and external vendor partners. They must be confident in and comfortable with cross functional team structure and adept at collaboration /influence management. This person will have fiscal responsibility for multiple budgets.…
