About this job

Purpose The Associate Director, Process Optimization will build and sustain streamlined and simplified processes that drive increased partner satisfaction and/or improved user experience. They will identify and implement projects that promote TA Capabilities, increase engagement and experience with talent and hiring stakeholders and seek ways to impact TA workflow efficiencies for both TA and other HR COEs. Within TA, this role acts as the functional lead for key strategic projects. This role must lead with influence and is accountable for work across functional & geographic boundaries. The solutions defined will be translated to TA Operations and Process updates, technical process & system design, and support roles & responsibilities of individuals in the organization.…
