Purpose We are looking for a people-first change leader to serve as Director of Finance Transformation Change Management & Enablement. In this highly visible role, you will lead the people, process, and adoption strategy for Finance Transformation initiatives - including technology implementations, operating model redesign, process standardization, and culture evolution. This role will ensure Finance employees and leaders are equipped to adopt new ways of working, build required capabilities, and sustain change over time.
