The Patient Services Strategy Franchise Director, BOTOX Therapeutic is a senior leadership role accountable for shaping and executing AbbVie's patient support strategies across all BOTOX Therapeutic indications. This leader ensures that when patients and HCPs select BOTOX as their preferred therapy, they are able to start and stay on therapy. The role demands a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives in a complex, matrixed environment, operates with a high degree of initiative and accountability, and builds influential partnerships across the BOTOX Brand team and broader cross-functional organization.
