Position Summary The Director Organizational Culture is responsible for leading the evolution of AbbVie’s culture transformation agenda. This leader will shape, amplify, and sustain a culture that enables meta-AbbVie, accelerates execution of the business strategy and strengthens organizational performance. This role extends beyond traditional employee engagement, communications, or culture stewardship and is accountable for embedding culture into how the enterprise operates, makes decisions, develops leaders, deploys talent, rewards performance, collaborates, innovates, and delivers results.
