The Lead Cardiac Sonographer functions as an echocardiography technologist under the administrative direction of the Resource Coordinator of echocardiography department. The sonographer is responsible for learning all the commonly performed echocardiography procedures in the department and developing consistent proficiency in performing these procedures.…
