**This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week located at the McHenry clinic with required travel to Huntley clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30a-5:00p.** The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
