**This is an in house registry position located a t Northwestern Medicine Catherine Grtaz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. The minimum requirements to work are 2 weekend shift per month, 4 weekday hours per month and holiday rotation. ** The Physical Therapist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. A licensed physical therapist who complies with the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice as outlined by their professional organization and by the State of Illinois.
