This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, with a commitment to work 4-weekend shifts every 3 months with the opportunity to pick-up extra shifts on the weekends if desired. The position will also be crossed-trained to the acute rehab unit. The Physical Therapist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. A licensed physical therapist who complies with the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice as outlined by their professional organization and by the State of Illinois.…
