The Lead Phlebotomist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Under the leadership of the Supervisor/Manager the Lead Phlebotomist is responsible for the day to day performance, organization, and scheduling of staff assigned to centralized phlebotomy. The Lead Phlebotomist has responsibility to ensure that services provided in the department section meet customer expectations, and laboratory policies. Communication with shift supervisors, and other hospital/laboratory staff is expected in order to ensure teamwork.…
