About this job

**This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week located at the Glenview Infusion clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm and surgery scheduling experience is preferred.** The Patient Procedure Scheduler reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Patient Procedure Scheduler is primarily responsible for scheduling surgical and pre-operative procedures and maintaining schedules related to these procedures. Scheduling includes registration, verifying insurance information, obtaining pre-certifications, instructing patients on appropriate procedures.…
