0.6FTE Non-exempt 12-hour shifts The Nursing Clinical Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsibilities: Administrative: Provides leadership support to nurse manager for unit daily management and program management. Monitors nursing staffing, operational and care needs, to assure resources available to provide quality patient care, within a specified shift or time frame. Maintains unit safe staffing levels through just in time recruitment. Assists nursing manager with direct supervision of nursing staff, including scheduling and evaluations.…
