About this job
The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) 3PL customers and help pick, pack and ship 3PL orders. In this role you will: Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance. Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution. Build relationships with customers and promote PSS services. Communicate with the PSS management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues. Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods.…
