The role is responsible for conducting workplace investigations involving employee relations, ethics, policy compliance, and other organizational concerns. Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations involving employee relations concerns, policy violations, ethics issues, and guest complaints. Investigate allegations including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace violence, conflicts of interest, and other violations of company policies. Interview complainants, subjects, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather facts and evidence.
