About The Role: A majority of providers on Headway run their own practice, and spend a large amount of time running their own digital front desk. They field new client calls, screen for fit, manage insurance collection, and much more to help get patients into care. All while running their normal weekly therapy sessions. On Practice Growth, you would design the system that helps give providers time back so they can spend more time in session helping their clients while also helping them maintain a healthy practice. You’ll help providers streamline the intake of prospective clients and shape the AI admin layer that supports them in that work: answering inquiries, booking appointments, following-up.…
