Clinic Launch Associate to help open and operate physical clinics where therapists can meet patients in person. As part of our In-Person Therapy team, you will spend most of your time in the field preparing new spaces, supporting therapists, coordinating vendors, and resolving day-to-day operational issues. You will work with a collaborative team that values practical problem-solving, clear communication, and learning from each new launch. This is an opportunity to shape how Rula’s clinics operate and build repeatable processes that support expansion across the country.
