Paid Search Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of Rula's Paid Search program - One of the largest in the mental health space, across our Therapy and Psychiatry service lines. Reporting to the Director of Patient Performance Marketing and working alongside the Sr. Paid Search Manager, you will be a key operator of a program that optimizes for patient Starts and lifetime value, and your work will directly determine how many people can access mental health care through Rula. You will partner closely with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to build a program that is both technically sophisticated and deeply mission-aligned.
