About the Role We're looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher (Sr. UXR) to help us understand and improve the journey from first considering mental healthcare to finding the right care and successfully getting started. You’ll lead research focused on the patient experience, helping us understand what builds confidence and trust across the journey from first discovering Rula to booking and attending a first session. You'll identify opportunities, frame ambiguous product questions, and translate patient insights and behavioral data into clear recommendations that shape what we build, test, and prioritize.
