About the Role We are seeking a Clinic Operations Specialist to enable Rula’s Care Delivery expansion by owning the physical readiness and daily management of our Northern California locations. In this role, you will spend your days in the field directly supporting our therapists, managing day to day operations of our clinics, and leading the hands-on setup of brand-new clinic spaces. You will sit within a highly supportive, action-oriented operations team that values real-world problem-solving and collaboration. What you will find most exciting is the direct impact of your work: you aren't just managing spaces, you are building the physical foundation that allows our providers to deliver behavioral healthcare right in our highest need areas.…
