About the Role We are hiring a Senior User Experience Researcher to lead research for Rula’s AI and mobile experiences. This researcher will shape how AI can meaningfully support patients between therapy sessions; helping them reflect, prepare, practice skills, navigate care, and stay connected to their progress. They will define where AI can create the greatest patient value, identify the needs and moments it should address, and ensure these experiences are trustworthy, clinically appropriate, and complementary to provider-led care.
