EAP Operations Associate to join our Financial Operations team. Reporting to the Payment Application and Credit Manager, this role partners with internal teams and external EAP partners to support accurate billing, payment processing, and reconciliation. You will independently manage partner billing cycles, prepare and submit billing files, review remittances and payment feedback, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate across teams to resolve billing and payment issues. You will also identify opportunities to improve workflows, support automation and process initiatives, and help scale billing processes as new EAP partners are onboarded.…
