About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior People Business Partner to support Engineering, Product and Design. This role will partner closely with leaders to solve people and organizational challenges, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle. You’ll build relationships with the teams you support, identify issues before they become problems, and own work end to end. This is a role for someone comfortable operating across performance, compensation, retention, talent planning, employee relations, and organizational health without relying on layers of specialized teams. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in our Mountain View HQ.…
