Joining Collibra's People team as a Senior People Partner, GTM & AI You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to two of Collibra's fastest-growing teams, Deasy Labs, our AI unstructured data team, and our Customer Organization inclusive of Customer Engineering, Professional Services, and Support. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You will operate like an internal organizational consultant, identifying problems, interrogating data, forming a POV, and driving solutions without waiting to be told what to do If you already use AI as a core part of how you work and are energized by building people strategy in a high-growth, AI-forward environment, this role was built for you This is a hybrid role based in our New York office.…
