This role owns the floor day-to-day across the weekend, staffing it, running it, and keeping the work accurate, fast, and safe. You'll lead a team of 10–25 associates, report to the Assistant Manager on-site, and be the person who knows your operation better than anyone else on the shift. This is a hands-on floor role, not a desk job. Core hours are Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, with some buffer before and after for handoff.…
