The Role You'll support and accelerate Everlaw's contracting engine, helping manage deal volume while building out modern, AI-assisted legal workflows. Working closely with Commercial Counsel, you will review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while acting as a responsive, business-minded partner to our Sales and Finance teams. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr. What you'll do Review, redline, and negotiate customer-facing SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, NDAs, and statements of work using Everlaw's standard positions and playbooks.…
