Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Senior International Tax Specialist to join our Tax team. In this role, you will support foreign income tax compliance, US international income tax compliance, and collaborate with various internal teams on tax structuring and planning initiatives. Responsibilities Prepare foreign income tax provisions and foreign tax return workpapers for non-US entities Prepare tax footnotes for the audited financial statements of foreign entities Manage OECD Pillar 2 compliance obligations Work with external advisors in reviewing and filing foreign income tax returns Maintain the tax compliance calendar and coordinate tax payments for all foreign entities Provide support in responding to inquiries from foreign tax authorities Review US international tax returns…
