As the People Success Partner (PSP) for GTM, you will serve as a strategic ally to our global Revenue organization. Partnering directly with GTM teams, you will act as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior leadership up to SVP level, driving organizational excellence, scaling global people programs, and navigating international compliance while fostering a high-performance culture. What You’ll Do: Strategic GTM Partnership: Act as the primary People partner for our GTM organizations. Align talent strategies with revenue goals, productivity metrics, and headcount planning.
