· Generate proper demand for manufactured and purchased parts. · Align capacity requirements with production, including the setup and maintenance of work orders. · Review production and demand performance against available inventory and determines Production and QC priorities. · Prepare and transact work orders, and ensure availability of materials · Ensure communication regarding the status of work orders, inventory levels, and projects. · Coordinate planning activities with cross functional departments to ensure project milestones are achieved on-time. · Monitor aged WIP, open balances on purchase orders and receive/inspect receipts. · Work with the Production to plan production resources, level loading, and WIP Inventories. · Support the material review board and quarantine process.…
